24/7 Call to Pray for America
Our nation is in a time of transition, with shaking and purifying. As we face the challenges of this time in our history, God is awakening His people to pray. Jesus prayed for us to be one as He and the Father are one. Unity through prayer is a way for God’s people to become one. Let us unite our voice to declare His purposes over ourselves and this mighty nation. We have put together a prayer calender so you can sign up to pray at specific times. Following are some prayer points taken from Isaiah 59 to consider as you pray. As you read and meditate in it, ask the Lord to show you the areas in which He is desiring for you to stand watch. (Nehemiah 4). Intercessors For America also has this post to consider
Prayer Points to Consider
1. Remember WHO God is!
Is 59:1 God’s hand is not too short that it cannot save, neither is His ear dull that it cannot hear.
2. Pray for God’s people to have repentant hearts. (Is 59:2-3;9-15)
-A return to righteousness and truth in the nation
-Eyes opened and discernment released
3. Pray for Justice and Truth in the nation (Is 59:4)
– Lawlessness bound
– Justice for children (abortion and trafficking)
– Racism broken and the root exposed
4. Truth and Integrity at the Polls (Is 59:4)
– Pray against voter fraud
– Christian voter increase
– Lies exposed and deposed
-Voters would vote according to biblical principles
5. Awakening Across the Nation (Is 59: 15-21, esp. 19-21)
